We are seeking a professional with a qualification in care for dependent persons, nursing auxiliary care, or an equivalent qualification, to work as a geriatric care assistant at the Ribes de Freser Nursing Home.

The selected candidate will be responsible for accompanying users of the center, attending to their care needs such as hygiene, comfort, etc. They will participate in various activities and workshops, ensuring the health and well-being of the users and attending to their needs.

Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate Degree in Dependence Care, Nursing Auxiliary Care, or a Professional Certificate in Social and Health Care in Institutions.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience in caring for dependent persons, particularly in similar centers. Knowledge of the ACP Model and experience in conducting workshops/activities.
• Profile: Professionals with a close communication style, empathy, assertiveness, and teamwork skills. Focused on improving the quality of life and well-being of individuals. Adaptability, flexibility, and a predisposition to understand and implement the Person-Centered Care Model.
• Others: Applications from candidates residing in Ribes de Freser or nearby will be positively valued. Priority will be given to candidates with a disability certificate.

What we offer:

• Work schedule: 40 hours per week
• Contract: Temporary, covering annual vacation leave.
