What this job can offer you

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Manager of CRM, Systems and Tools within our Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its optimal use to drive sales initiatives. This role involves managing a team of CRM specialists and collaborating with various departments to align our CRM strategy with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its components (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder Certifications required; Business Analyst, Platform Developer I Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of CRM professionals.
  • Solid business understanding with the ability to translate needs into specific requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, demonstrating strong project management and decision-making skills. Hands-on approach required.
  • Strong personal accountability and alignment with Remote's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices to support GTM goals.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies for sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, including code reviews and version control.
  • Maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, processes, and changes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM administrators and developers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Promote an agile, structured, and collaborative working environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Assess team capacity and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize and assign projects based on business needs and team strengths.
  • Monitor progress and adjust assignments to manage peak periods.

Integration and Process Improvement

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
  • Lead projects to integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools, such as marketing automation, customer support, and data analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote aims to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally. We pay above local rates to support global talent and local economies.

The salary range for this full-time role is $51,700 to $116,350 USD, depending on factors like location, skills, experience, and market conditions. This range may change.
