We are seeking a Freelance Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales organization by building and delivering high-impact training programs, tools, and resources that empower our sales teams to perform at their best.
As part of the Technology team , you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify skill gaps, drive continuous learning, and ensure consistent messaging and process alignment across the organization.
About the role :
Main Responsibilities :
Reporting to the M&S Director, your main responsibilities will include :
- Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs (onboarding, product training, skills development, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sales enablement needs and performance gaps.
- Analyze training outcomes and use data to refine programs and measure impact.
- Support the rollout of tools and platforms that enhance sales productivity.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs and priorities.
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs and data analysis.
- Experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and great organizational skills to keep programs on track.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment with sales leadership and business objectives.
- Ability to track, measure, and report on the success of training programs.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
