Design Manager H / F

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a Design Manager to join our office in Madrid.As the person responsible for the entire design phase of our turnkey complex building projects, you will oversee the full technical design (all trades) in coordination with all associated design teams. Working closely with Project Directors and Construction Teams, you ensure a smooth interface between client expectations and the technical realities of the project.Involved from design to execution, your main responsibilities will include : - Participating in the bidding and cost estimation phases of the projects,- Defining the technical direction of the project with a team of specialists,- Leading the design process and establishing a shared technical framework,- Identifying, assessing, and managing technical risks related to design, with support from the regional PMO,- Coordinating both internal and external stakeholders and monitoring deliverables (quality / cost / deadline),- Ensuring continuity between design and execution through to project delivery, while ensuring compliance with standards and performance goals,- Capturing lessons learned and proposing innovative solutions as part of a continuous technology watch.

With an engineering degree (Master's level), you have at least 10 years of experience in engineering or general contracting, with strong expertise in managing multidisciplinary technical design on building projects involving complex technical packages. Your leadership, rigor, and team spirit make you a cornerstone for structuring and guiding project teams. Experience in all-trades environments, proficiency in analytical project management, and a good level of English are key assets for success in this position.
