What you will do

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As a Data Analyst in the Performance Marketing team, you will play a key role in optimizing our marketing strategies across SEM, Paid Social, Display, Video, and other digital channels. This is an opportunity to own complex analytical projects, work with large datasets, and influence marketing efficiency, campaign performance, and business growth.

Optimizing Performance Marketing Campaigns

• Structure, analyze, and interpret data to uncover opportunities for improving digital advertising performance.
• Conduct in-depth numerical analyses to identify key drivers, trends, and changes impacting performance marketing efficiency.

Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and marketing teams to maintain, validate, and optimize data sources.

• Develop and enhance automated data extraction tools and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Provide accurate data insights and forecasts to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and improve marketing strategies.

Delivering Insights & Recommendations

Present findings, analysis, and recommendations clearly, tailoring communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Use reports, dashboards, and presentations to facilitate decision-making and optimize marketing investments. Research and implement advanced tools, models, and methodologies to strengthen analytics capabilities. Continuously explore new ways to enhance data processes and improve performance tracking across digital marketing channels.

Job Requirements

Must-haves

Educational Background: Bachelor's in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or related field.

Technical Skills: 2+ years experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).

Data Proficiency: Experience with large datasets, complex analyses, and data integration.

Business Acumen: Understanding of how data insights impact marketing strategy and growth.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.

Curiosity & Problem-Solving: Passion for exploring data and innovative analytics.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Self-Starter & Organized: Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Advanced Analytical Experience: 3+ years in a data-driven analytical role.

Performance Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of digital advertising channels, bonus for travel industry experience.

Web & Marketing Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.

Experience with AI Tools: Comfort using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.

Experimentation Mindset: Eagerness to explore and integrate AI solutions.

AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging, development, and productivity.

Adaptability & Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuous learning and adapting to new AI features.

Collaboration with AI: Interest or experience working with AI as pair programmers.
