Senior Hr Manager

Our client is a fast-growing Fintech (B2B) with offices in Amsterdam and Malaga (Spain). The organization is part of a large multinational. To support their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Manager (People & Culture Manager). This is a broad position requiring a strong personality with experience in a demanding and fast-growing environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals, ambitions, and objectives.
2. Oversee day-to-day HR operations in Amsterdam and Malaga.
3. Further integrate and structure the organizations in Amsterdam and Malaga from an HR perspective.
4. Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters (talent management, retention, organizational development, etc.) to upper management, investors, and the board.
5. Develop HR policies and solutions that support employee initiatives and organizational goals.

Profile

1. Degree in HRM, organizational sciences, BA, or similar qualification.
2. Proven experience in a strategic HR role; experience in a fast-growing, complex, international environment is a plus.
3. Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is highly desirable; ability to thrive under high pressure.
4. Fluent in English; Dutch or Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all organizational levels.
6. Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Malaga and Amsterdam.
