Your Mission:

As a Junior Inbound Sales Representative, you will manage and convert inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts, driving the sales process from qualification to signature, and demonstrating the value of our solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Engagement: Reach out to SMEs in your inbound lead pool to introduce SumUp products.
  • Lead Management: Handle marketing-generated leads, qualify them, and guide them through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Communication: Deliver product demos, handle objections, and address client queries.
  • Pipeline Management: Track all leads in our CRM (Salesforce), maintain follow-up, and ensure conversions.
  • Reporting: Provide performance updates to your manager and the Head of Sales France.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Call Experience: Prior experience with phone outreach, professional demeanor over the phone.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Native-level Spanish (spoken & written) and professional English.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Fast learner who thrives in changing environments.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, positive, goal-oriented.
  • Tech Comfort: Experience with EPOS tools or systems is a plus; proficiency in Excel is appreciated.
