Community Manager (to reinforce the existing team)

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mijas. As a Community Manager, you will :

1. Engage with our community and manage social media channels.
2. Organize online advertising and communication.
3. Develop strategies for community growth, respond to inquiries, create emailing campaigns, and ensure a positive experience for all community members.
4. Create and develop marketing strategies under the orders of the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, together with an existing community manager.
5. Produce data analysis and follow-up on new leads data.

Is This You?

1. Expertise in community engagement and social media management.
2. Skills in event organization and client communication.
3. Ability to develop community growth strategies and handle inquiries effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
8. Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
