COYA is a worldwide renowned luxury lifestyle hospitality brand with venues in London. Born from the spirit of adventure, COYA celebrates Latin American culture through delicious Peruvian food, innovative cocktails, music, art, and events.

We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join COYA. This is a seasonal position with potential for future openings.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role within a high-end brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing kitchen staffing levels, aligning them with business trends while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality, and adhering to the labor budget.
  • Managing staffing issues within the Kitchen department, including scheduling, hiring, holiday cover, training, professional development, performance management, and providing daily performance feedback.

Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English is essential.
