Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will assist in executing and tracking marketing activities and campaigns across physical and digital platforms, including marketing automation platforms, email distribution, social media, and website UX/UI optimization.

This role involves briefing, designing, producing, and editing draft and final content for traditional and digital media channels, catering to B2B and B2B2C requirements, following brand guidelines. Responsibilities include creating adverts, banners, brochures, articles, blog posts, website updates, emails, presentations, videos, and managing marketing collateral and PPTs for sales teams. The specialist will also support physical events and sponsorships for internal and external audiences.

General Marketing

  • Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns from brief to lead generation, both physical and digital
  • Advocate for brand guidelines adherence

Design Tasks

  • Create templates for development teams aligned with brand and UX/UI standards

Content and Social Media

  • Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement
  • Create and validate content for internal and external communications

Research and Administration

  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Handle administrative tasks such as marketing briefs, record updates, and stock management
  • Source quotes for branded materials and assist with event organization and collateral

Digital Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute email campaigns using Eloqua
  • Manage marketing databases on SharePoint, liaising with data administrators and sales teams
  • Create website content and support social media and SEM campaigns

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing departments
  • Proficiency in content creation in Spanish and English
  • Experience leading and collaborating on marketing campaigns
  • Skills in design tools (Adobe, Photoshop, Video, Web UX/UI)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and CMS tools (WordPress)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Oracle, Eloqua)
