What do you need to fulfill this job?

B-Tech / Diploma CCNA / CCNP / PCNSE and Other IT related Certifications 8-10 Years of Total Experience with min 6 Year of relevant experience in IT including Endpoints Laptops / Microsoft , Network & IT Security Perform in-depth study and analysis in IT service Based on customer's requirements lead solution including IT infrastructure Effective Communications skills Collaborating with department heads to achieve a common goal Provide premium quality service, solution and support to customer, project and IT department Maintain IT infrastructure, including endpoint, local servers and IT equipment Design, build, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points Implement network solutions to meet organizational needs and ensure optimal performance Document network configurations, changes, and updates Prepare reports on network performance and incidents Configure and manage security controls such as Firewalls, IPS, Content filtering and ensure that system meets all regulatory compliance standards Respond to, investigate, and resolve network & security incidents related to IT infra includes Network, Firewall, Endpoint Familiar with Windows, Cisco, Aruba and Palo Alto Hands-on Experience in Network & Firewall configuration and BAU management

What is a plus?

Have strong technical literacy and the ability to analyze related infrastructure such as Cloud, Applications, and Server Infrastructure in detail Extensive time management skills Experience with team leadership and motivation is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills
