Sr. PM, EU DSP Program Efficiency

We are seeking a leader responsible for ensuring our Delivery Service Partners across multiple countries have the best possible experience. This involves creating scalable initiatives that gather feedback, understand pain points, and develop quantitative measures to improve efficiency and satisfaction. The role requires analyzing critical areas, devising solutions, and collaborating with legal, public policy, tech teams, and business units. Motivating teams and maintaining agility in a rapidly evolving delivery landscape are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies including design, user requirements, market assessments, and expansion plans for the EU, APAC, and AMET markets.
2. Create innovative data-driven solutions to organizational challenges.
3. Analyze business operations broadly to identify improvement opportunities.
4. Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute improvement programs.
5. Establish scalable feedback collection methods from DSPs.
6. Analyze feedback and metrics, develop attribution models, and identify focus areas.
7. Develop new metrics and KPIs for success measurement.
8. Own DSP Efficiency & Success initiatives, collaborating with local teams.
9. Work with product and tech teams on software development, balancing productivity with responsiveness.
10. Implement processes to detect and prevent negative experiences.
11. Maintain dashboards with key metrics for leadership review and insights generation.
12. Build automated data pipelines using tools like Python, Lambda, or Sagemaker.
13. Apply statistical techniques for strategic insights and communicate findings to leadership.
14. Innovate data analysis methods to identify trends and gaps in DSP experiences.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll lead data-driven projects to improve Amazon's operations, applying strategic planning and creative problem-solving. Your responsibilities extend beyond process improvements to include contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

About the Team

The EU DSP Efficiency Support Team (EST) focuses on identifying inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities to enhance DSP profitability while reducing complexity. We foster collaboration across teams to continuously improve programs and support DSPs in increasing their efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant experience in program or project management
• Proficiency in data and metrics-driven improvement initiatives
• Experience managing end-to-end program strategy and communicating with senior leadership
• Skills in survey design and data storytelling
• Programming experience with large datasets, automation scripting (Python), and SQL
• Experience with AWS technologies and data visualization tools like Quicksight

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in related fields
