Business Analyst

We're hiring : BUSINESS ANALYTS

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support the development, validation, and communication of our AI and analytics products. You will work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and data scientists to understand business needs, define success criteria, and support the development and validation of AI model outputs. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions we develop are aligned with operational goals and deliver real business value.

Qualifications : Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or data-driven project roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including basic proficiency with Excel or financial modelling.
• Experience working with data-centric or AI / ML products.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to translate technical model outputs into business-relevant narratives.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and cross-functional teams.
• Background in the airline, logistics, or operations domains. We will value especially Airline Heavy Maintenance knowledge.

Nice-to-Have :

• Knowledge of basic statistics or model evaluation metrics.
• Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Background in the airline, logistics, or operations domains.
• Exposure to Python, SQL, or Jupyter Notebooks for basic data validation or exploration.

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
