Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
- Provide effort estimations and work collaboratively with the Omega team and/or the client’s team to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, identify potential technical risks, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers as needed, document processes, and track system performance metrics.
- Validate and test solutions against business requirements, train end users, and implement technological advancements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and generate technical documentation.
- Contribute to team training, share knowledge within Omega’s community, and suggest methodological improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer, with mandatory experience in Salesforce Field Service solutions.
- Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, and web services.
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding principles.
- Ability to work independently, with excellent English communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
