What you will do :
Coordinate specialized support for the installation and maintenance of meteorological stations, following internal procedures and legislation to collect meteorological data for resource evaluation, aiding strategic project planning in safety, quality, costs, and time.
Responsibilities include:
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and dismantling of meteorological stations (including solar stations, site calibration, power curve validation, or other instrumentation).
- Support to Energy Assessment Business Units and local E&C in defining tower positions and conducting feasibility studies through field stakeouts.
- Technical definition of installations based on project characteristics and legal requirements.
- Supervision of installation execution and process monitoring, ensuring safety and quality compliance during construction phases.
- Management of processes for permanent towers, including commissioning and transfer to O&M.
- Handling internal documentation via corporate tools.
- Technical collaboration for permits and agreements for installations.
- Economic oversight of suppliers (purchase requests, payments).
- Internal reporting management.

What are we looking for :
- Degree in engineering, meteorology, physics, mathematics, or related fields.
- Valuable: Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Meteorology, or Geophysics.
- At least 2 years of experience managing meteorological stations, especially installation, startup, maintenance, and data processing.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and installers, and recruiting resources for tower installation.
- Knowledge of renewable energy assets (wind and solar).
- Proficiency with industry software for wind resource assessment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple software tools.
Additional Skills :
- Training in metallic structural calculations.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Ability to multitask, collaborate, and demonstrate proactive, problem-solving skills.
