Senior Big Data Engineer (with Druid)

Our customer is one of the world’s largest technology companies based in Silicon Valley with operations worldwide. We are developing a high-performance data analytics platform handling petabytes of data, utilizing cutting-edge Big Data technology.

We are seeking an experienced Big Data Engineer.

Essential functions

• Design and develop Big Data solutions
• Data ingestion and processing
• Ensure data quality and governance

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Druid, Spark, and Airflow
• Experience with NoSQL databases; SQL experience is a plus
• Expertise in OLAP, including batch and streaming processing
• Proven experience with data-intensive applications and hands-on data processing

Preferred skills

• Production experience with Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop
