JOB DESCRIPTION :
Purpose of Role : Responsible for daily reconciliation and posting of supplier invoices in SAP against the internal reservation system, including dispute resolution. Maintain a clean AP ledger and prepare bi-monthly supplier payments. Act as the main contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice processing and reconciliation, requiring close interaction with external suppliers and internal teams. Participate in monthly AP closing tasks and control risks related to open and not invoiced bookings. Play a key role in process optimization and standardization for invoice processing and reconciliation.
Accountabilities : Ensure accurate AP sub-ledger by timely transaction recording. Minimize breakage risks by tracking delayed invoices. Follow internal controls to safeguard company assets, primarily cash assets.
Skills : Excellent organization, structured planning, analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Result-oriented and proactive. Good command of English.
Experience : Completed education as an accountant is desirable. Minimum of 2 years accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented or international environment.
