As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.
How You Will Contribute
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and enable line leaders to meet SQCDSM objectives (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale) to ensure process stability. Participate in DMS (Daily Management Systems) meetings at shift and line levels.
- Manage technology and processes with deep technical knowledge, including configuration management. Oversee PM systems, work processes, and KPIs related to line maintenance, along with central technology management systems. Manage the line's Repair and Maintenance (RyM) budget.
- Develop, execute, and be responsible for preventive and on-time maintenance systems and plans; train the team to execute them. Develop technical and maintenance skills of technicians to operate and maintain equipment independently. Lead some PM systems and processes at the department level.
- Collaborate with asset and reliability teams for system improvements and special maintenance tasks; manage change in the line(s), spare parts localization, fault analysis, and cost reduction. Represent the department or lines as the site technology administrator in regional and global forums.
- Assist in VSU of new initiatives and train the VSU team; support line leader in benchmarking and internal/external reapplication; be an expert in one component category and train related PM topics for the plant.
What You Will Bring

- Advanced knowledge (including autonomous maintenance systems or TPM phases 3 and 4) and ability to maintain dedicated equipment independently, executing AM and PM standards, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Ability to lead line positions, qualify and guide SWP owners, and drive continuous improvement areas using PDCA cycle.
- Leadership skills to develop and align team objectives, manage IDPs, and foster performance management and career development.
More About This Role
- Experience with electrical and electronic component management, including variable frequency drives, sensors, etc.
- Interpretation of electrical diagrams, fault diagnosis, and repair using conventional tools.
- Programming knowledge, especially PLC diagnostics and modifications on platforms like Step7, TIA Portal, Safety, StartDrive, WinCC, and languages such as AWL, KOP, FUP, SCL.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000, Rs Logix, Factory TalkView), Schneider SoMachine Motion, Beckhoff TwinCAT 2, and basic robot knowledge (Fanuc, Kuka). Knowledge of vision systems (Cognex).
- Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Safety training and continuous improvement programs.
- Teamwork skills and high English proficiency.
