We are seeking an OT Applications Manager responsible for strategizing and executing the convergence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT). This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of systems aligned with business goals, security standards, and enterprise architecture policies. The Manager will collaborate with IT and OT teams to enhance processes, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage, requiring a deep understanding of both systems and emerging industry trends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the EA and Governance Framework to streamline architecture and establish standards.
• Align roles and responsibilities between OT, IT, and external providers to ensure stability and support.
• Foster collaboration between IT and OT teams, acting as a key intermediary.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess their impact on convergence strategies.
• Evaluate existing systems and develop strategies for improvement, convergence, or leverage.
• Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security, resiliency, and scalability of converged systems.
• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of IT / OT projects.
• Develop OT change control, security policies, procurement practices, and audit requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners for successful project implementation.

Requirements :

• Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST 800-82, CPWE, ISA / IEC 62443.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems (ICS, MES, QCS, data historian, process tech and analytics).
• Technical experience with OT systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience delivering compliant IT and OT systems in manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of Operational Technology and current regulations related to computer systems validation.
• Strong negotiation, troubleshooting, change management, and team leadership skills.
