Admissions Representative

The Role

Position: Admissions Counselor / Sales / Student Recruitment

Main Activities:

• Call prospective students, assist with enrollment.
• Achieve weekly recruitment goals.
• Must be fully fluent in native English pronunciation.
• Work remotely from home; no travel or relocation needed. AIU provides training, prospects, support, and tools like automated emails, video chat, and a customer management platform.
• Collaborate remotely with staff to facilitate student enrollment worldwide.
• Contact prospects obtained from the university's website after they complete a contact request form.
• Evaluate and qualify candidates for admissions and facilitate registration/enrollment.

Ideal Profile & Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate globally.
• High volume outbound calling ability (70-100 calls/day).
• Stable internet connection (minimum 5MB/s download, 1MB/s upload).
• Computer with Windows 7 or higher, 4GB RAM, 2.0GHz processor; familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Word.
