What are we looking for?

We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute sales systems & processes, channel infrastructure, and development programs to build the sales team's overall capability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Urban and Rural GTM strategies.
  • Develop channel structures and manage program implementations for wholesale, superstores, and chemist channels.
  • Own the rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives.
  • Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage outlet and beat database.

INDIVIDUAL KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Achieve channel and program sales targets and improve distribution parameters.

Success Factors:

  • University degree; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG general trade roles, with regional SDTM experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
