GENERATIVE AI SPECIALIST (F/M/X)

What is the objective of this vacancy and what is the expected result?

At ITP Aero, we are looking for a person to carry out the functions of a generative AI specialist.

We understand that the profile corresponds to someone passionate about big data technologies, machine learning/AI modelling, and programming.

The selected person will be responsible for:

• Development of applications related to generative AI to help improve our processes.
• Monitoring the state of the art of these technologies, investigating new techniques and tools.
• Designing, training, and optimizing generative AI models to resolve company problems.
• Monitoring and coordination of different projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Deploying AI solutions into production environments and ensuring their integration with existing systems.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance on AI-related projects and initiatives.
• Translating company challenges into technical solutions based on Generative AI.
• Designing generative AI solutions that are robust, ethical, and according to regulations.

What profile are we looking for?

Training:

• Degree in a STEM discipline: Engineering, physics, mathematics.
• Accredited training in Generative AI systems would be an asset.
• A master's degree in data science, AI, or similar would be an asset.

Experience required:

• Previous experience in similar functions will be an asset.

Necessary knowledge:

• Knowledge of generative AI, particularly experience in integration in production systems using LLMs orchestrators.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning & Deep Learning techniques.
• (Desirable) Knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure).
• Languages: Fluent in English, spoken and written (preferably C1).
• Personal skills: We are looking for restless and proactive people with analytical and results-oriented skills.
