Role Overview: Lead and craft the global Passive Fire Protection product portfolio (Cellulosic and Hydrocarbon segments), manage global product phase-ins and phase-outs, support stakeholder engagement, and align with segment strategy.

You will own relevant product development projects—through a well-defined stage-gate process—including product launches, positioning, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop leadership strategies and product roadmaps.
• Maintain effective solutions support packages, including testing, work requests, and approvals.
• Understand customer needs within the segment and ensure a fit-for-purpose, cost-effective product portfolio.
• Define clear product positioning to support a well-structured price/value matrix.
• Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with R&D, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to ensure alignment and embed sustainability.

Candidate Profile:

• Process-driven with strong business insight and commercial experience.
• Solid background in full product lifecycle management.
• Experience in B2B industries, especially in chemical, industrial coatings, and Passive Fire Protection products, is valued.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
