Real Estate Agent for Jávea

We are searching for multilingual Real Estate Agents speaking English and another native / advanced language to work in Jávea, Dénia, Orba valley, and Oliva areas.

Tasks

• Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking
• Verifying all necessary property documentation, and securing mediation

agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies

• Client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties
• Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential with another native / advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.
• Driving licence
• Spanish residency
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation
• Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in an international team
• With a 'can-do' attitude, organized, flexible, and hands-on
• Customer service skills, ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients
• Extensive initial & ongoing training
