Chief Financial Officer – MALAGA, SPAIN – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join one of our clients in Malaga, Spain – a brand community platform that aims to launch and scale high-value brands in a global market. With more than 100K active members, they stand out due to their international, creative, and personalized approach to business solutions.

You will be responsible for leading the Finance Department and planning, implementing, and managing all financial activities of the company, including business plans, budgeting, negotiations, forecasting, investor relations, partnerships, and compliance. Your day-to-day activities will include:

1. Advising the CEO on long-term business and financial planning, as well as investment and fundraising strategies.
2. Performing risk, cash, and liquidity management.
3. Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations across the Financial, HR, and IT departments.
4. Ensuring proper cash flow for the company's operations.
5. Managing the Finance Team.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in finance, with proven experience as CFO or in a related role.
• Deep knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of trade law.
• Experience in data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA certification is a plus.
