medmix Site Human Resources Manager - Valencia

The Site Human Resources Manager at medmix Spain S.L. will play a key role in executing and improving local HR matters for our Valencia site (+/- 300 FTE). This role is part of the Valencia Management Team and collaborates with the Group HR department to drive global HR initiatives.

Leadership Tasks

  • Direct management, leadership, and professional development of the HR team in Valencia.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance aligned with local HR goals (cost efficiency, service quality, social responsibility, legal compliance).
  • Participate as a member of the Valencia Management Team.

Functional Tasks

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Support line managers and employees on complex personnel and employment law matters.
  • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary cases, and employee well-being during critical times.

Talent Management and Compensation

  • Lead evaluation and grading of positions for internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct market analysis and oversee salary reviews, payroll, and benefits administration.

Learning and Development

  • Develop and monitor employee development programs and training initiatives.

Employee Transition

  • Plan and execute contract terminations, conduct exit interviews, and support reference letter creation.

Additional Tasks

  • Lead strategic HR projects and monitor HR KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, health, and fire regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing and matrix organizations.
  • Higher education in Business, Economics, or Human Resources.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulations.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
