About the Process Solution Area

The process solution area is transitioning from manual to automatic testing. We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to support us in ensuring quality as we increase automation coverage within our interdisciplinary software development teams. You will be part of a small overarching enabler team alongside the department’s Software Architect.

Your Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for all products within the process solution area.
  2. Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites, building on existing frameworks and tools.
  3. Integrate test executions into our CI / CD pipelines.
  4. Drive the adoption of automated testing and promote a proactive shift-left mindset within our agile teams.

Your Profile

  • Profound experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation within an agile environment.
  • Motivation to encourage and support change.
  • Structured, analytical work attitude and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to bring people together towards common goals.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience with Cloud and Serverless technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber).
  • API testing proficiency.
  • Experience with tools like Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler.
  • SQL server knowledge.
  • Familiarity with XML technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT).
  • Experience with CI / CD tools (Azure DevOps).
  • Unit testing and code coverage experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
