About The Role

The IT Production applications expert will be responsible for the project roll-out, support and training of HSE application users. Will be the IT liaison with corporate security and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Participate and closely collaborate with Corporate Security in the design, selection, implementation and configuration of IT Security solutions such as physical access controls, CCTV, Sensors, Alarms and other security applications.

You will also assess risks to the organization, communicate them to executives and management, and manage risks appropriately. You will be working in the implementation and support of the HSE Management System according to ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001.

Preferable construction expert knowledge and rolling out HSE software systems, processes and reports, particularly Quentic and Signavio.

• Support the management of critical online systems to ensure continuous operations.
• Assist in the rollout, implementation, and upgrades of relevant applications, ensuring alignment with business and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop effective IT solutions that enhance production efficiency.
• Help integrate new technologies and systems.
• Assist in maintaining the stability, efficiency, and reliability of relevant applications.
• Participate in change management processes related to system upgrades and implementations.
• Support the strategic vision and direction for the IT application area, aligning with PowerCo’s overall goals.
  
  

• A minimum of 4 years in IT, preferably with experience in HSE systems within a manufacturing or industrial setting as well as project management and cloud architecture. Very good knowledge of ISO standards 45001, 14001, and 50001, ideally experience in HSE software systems. Familiar with Safety business processes, methodologies and requirements.
• Great knowlodge with security software solutions and respective hardware and interfaces. Practical experience in moderation and presentation, as well as strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on information technology, and additional qualifications in the field of HSE, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered instead of a degree. Strong communication skills. Fluent Spanish and English skills, German desirable and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
