Sales Assistant - Outlet Las Rozas Madrid

We are currently looking for Sales Assistant for our Outlet based in Madrid.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand Ambassador and ensure excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain store standards according to company guidelines.
• Embody and passionately communicate the company's projects through effective product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English . Additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Customer-focused with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
