About the role:

CENTUM is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and manage partner acquisition and maintenance within our commercial and marketing team. This strategic role will report directly to the responsible of Partnerships - Sales Channels and will focus on strengthening and expanding our network of commercial partners, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to identify, onboard, and manage new commercial partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to assess their contribution.
  • Build strong relationships with our partner network.
  • Represent Centum at networking events and industry forums to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Design joint plans with key partners to ensure alignment with Centum's strategic sales goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize business opportunities generated through indirect sales channels.

Requirements:

  • University degree, ideally Communications Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or Law degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership management, legal , business development or similar commercial areas.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Advanced English skills is a must.
  • Negotiation skills.

  • Use to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Autonomy and responsibility
  • Ability to take on new challenges.

Other skills:

  • Experience in the Emergency, Security or Defense sectors will be a plus.
  • Experience in the public sector, administration and government sales.
