Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Optimize application performance and identify technical risks, proposing solutions.
  • Work with technology providers and document processes and system performance metrics.
  • Validate, test, and ensure the quality of technical solutions against business needs.
  • Train end users and implement technological advancements.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and generate technical documentation.
  • Contribute to team training, share knowledge, and suggest methodological improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; knowledge of other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
  • Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding principles.
  • Ability to work independently and own applications.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
