The role you'll play :

As a Senior Software Engineer reporting to the Engineering Manager in our Product Development team, your goal will be to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality systems that empower beauty professionals worldwide. You will work on developing new features, optimizing system performance, and shaping the architecture to support our expanding platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to craft solutions that address real-world problems for millions of users, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement in our codebase.

What you'll need to succeed :

• Proficiency in Python
• Strong experience with database management, particularly PostgreSQL
• Ability to write comprehensive test suites and utilize automated testing frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing scalable architectures (microservices, event-driven systems)
• Familiarity with Docker and building CI/CD pipelines

At minimum, conversational English skills are required as English is our company language used for all business communications, ensuring you feel integrated within Booksy.
