What You’ll Do
- Analytics Strategy and Alignment : Collaborate with the Senior Performance Manager to set KPIs and develop analytics strategies, leveraging data layers.
- Campaign Analytics Leadership : Work with agencies to create attribution models, analyze campaign performance, and enhance data visualizations and reports.
- Event Tracking Management : Implement and audit event tracking and pixels for performance accuracy.
- Naming Convention Oversight : Define and enforce campaign naming standards annually across markets.
- Dashboard Design and Training : Build dashboards in Data Studio, collaborate on visualizations, and train stakeholders.
- Data Integration and Reporting : Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports for internal insights.
- Strategic and Hands-on Balance : Combine practical analytics work with strategic planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with digital, e-commerce, insights, and brand teams for impactful solutions.
- Google Analytics Management : Use Google Analytics to inform media strategies, supported by training and presentations.
- Ad-hoc Data Support : Provide data insights for leadership presentations as needed.
- Training and Development : Lead analytics training, especially for non-digital teams, and contribute to the Digital Summit.
Who You Are
You care about quality, continuous learning, and embracing innovation. Your skills include:
- Experience in digital and marketing analytics, managing cross-channel campaigns, with proficiency in Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Skills in digital display, biddable media, and familiarity with platforms like Datorama, Tableau, Power BI.
- Ability to design dashboards, especially in Data Studio, and deliver insights to optimize ROI and marketing efficiency.
- Understanding of brand fundamentals, GDPR, data privacy, SEO, CRO, UX, and web analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into business actions.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization; proficiency in English and ideally another European language.
- Willingness to travel.
