For the role of Specialist Networks Business Support, we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.

The main responsibilities are to ensure timely and effective business support for Networks VOIS Spain. The role acts as the POC (point of contact) for the internal business customer and Networks VOIS Management, performing both as the Networks VOIS Spain ambassador towards the customer and the customer's voice towards Networks VOIS Management.

Within this context, the tasks include :

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in Networks Spain (HR, IT, Information Security, Corporate Security, Compliance, Legal SCM) and customer side (Vodafone Network, Local markets Group functions)
  • Managing Compliance, Data Protection, Privacy, GDPR processes, Business Continuity Plan, Fraud Risk Assessment, and Information Corporate Security updates for Networks Spain, acting as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
  • Monitoring, reporting, managing, and escalating (as required) any service quality issues with Network VOIS management.
  • Supporting internal Business Process Transformation and cost improvement initiatives.

What you bring

  • Experience in a similar position in a technology multinational company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Detail-oriented
  • Analytical and flexible thinking
  • Advanced level of English
