Data Analyst Junior - Transportation Analyst, Central Operations Services

The EU External Fulfilment (EF) network comprises approximately 35 operations offering flexible solutions to the CF network managed by external providers (3PL providers). EU EF primarily provides:

  • Network capacity solutions (storage/throughput)
  • Special operation solutions (Hazmat, BWS, IXD, Relo, LCS, Kariba, Tyres, etc.)
  • Emerging market penetration solutions

EU EF is undergoing an operational transformation, increasing demand for expertise in inbound (IB) and outbound (OB) process paths.

The goal of the EU 3PL Control Tower is to deliver excellent 24/7 operational support across 3PL facilities in the European External Fulfilment chain. We focus on standardized, optimized processes and clear communication. This role is suited for a highly motivated individual with operational experience and an innovative, hands-on approach.

The position involves daily operational task resolution and communication with 3PL and Amazon teams regarding KPIs. Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, system issue resolution, and process standard compliance. The candidate should have a strong delivery record, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

This role involves monitoring 3PL operations and providing support on a 24/7 shift basis for over 30 facilities across Europe.

As an EU 3PL Control Tower Specialist, you will support outbound 3PL operations, drive continuous improvement, and optimize processes through weekly analysis to reduce waste.

This is a day shift role, working from 6 am to 2 pm.

Key job responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analyzing hourly site performance
  • Providing operational guidance to 3PL
  • Resolving system discrepancies
  • Acting as a communication bridge between 3PL and Amazon stakeholders
  • Mitigating CX risks by managing shipment errors and cancellations
  • Uploading critical data for supply chain visibility
  • Ensuring process and Amazon standard compliance
  • Supporting AFTx launches and migrations with SME expertise
  • Optimizing Control Tower outbound processes, including automation of tasks using BI skills

Basic qualifications

  • Relevant experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • B2/C1 level in English
  • C2 level in Spanish

Preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, AI, etc.
  • Experience in logistics
