We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on, and strategic professional to take ownership of day-to-day operations and contribute to the company’s long-term growth. This role sits at the heart of the business and involves a mix of operations, e-commerce management, product coordination, and light finance oversight.

The ideal candidate has experience working in startups or fast-paced environments, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to get things done effectively with limited resources. If you're a doer who can also think strategically, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Supply Chain

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain : procurement, inventory, supplier coordination, and production planning.

Own demand forecasting and ensure timelines and stock levels are aligned.

E-commerce & Marketplaces

Manage the company’s website (Shopify or similar) : product uploads, content optimization, pricing, promotional planning, and coordination of campaigns.

Handle day-to-day operations on marketplaces like Amazon Seller : listings, logistics, performance monitoring, and customer service.

Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Product Development & Growth Support

Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch : ingredients, claims, packaging, branding.

Manage documentation and compliance for product claims and labeling.

Coordinate with designers and agencies for product launches and brand visuals.

Gather and analyze customer and market feedback to refine positioning and offering.

Strategic & Business Support

Monitor key business KPIs and provide regular reporting to founders or leadership.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and basic financial oversight.

Suggest and implement improvements to internal processes and workflows.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cross-functional role (operations, marketing, e-commerce, product) within a startup or agile environment.

Proven experience in product development within the nutrition / supplement space.

Strong organizational skills and ability to drive execution.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms : Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Excel / Google Sheets, analytics dashboards.

Interest or experience in wellness, supplements, or consumer health is a strong plus.

Fluent in Spanish and English (professional working proficiency).
