We are currently looking for a Product Manager Integrations in Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, United Kingdom .
In this role, you will drive the expansion of the company's integration capabilities by developing partnerships and creating product integrations with key SaaS providers. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure integrations meet customer needs and are effectively integrated with other systems. You will manage the entire process of onboarding new partners, from technical and commercial aspects to product launch, ensuring seamless experiences for customers and partners.
Accountabilities :
- Lead the development of new integrations with third-party SaaS providers, including accounting, HR, and project management systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, guiding them through building, publishing, and maintaining integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, customer success) to meet and support integration needs.
- Manage the product lifecycle for integrations, from design and build to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on insights from partners and customers.
- Refine integration processes, playbooks, and documentation to improve efficiency and partner interactions.
Requirements :
- Proven experience managing integrations with third-party products and technologies, especially in SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs and technical product management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external partner relationships.
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, focusing on user experience and data mapping in integrations.
- Knowledge of accounting, ERP, HRIS, or similar SaaS spaces is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and guide partners effectively.
