About the role:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our marketing and sales team. This role involves optimizing and automating processes within our CRM, supporting sales documentation, and assisting our Sales Channel area. You will gain experience in marketing automation, lead qualification, and sales enablement while working with international clients and partners. This is an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and technical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring data accuracy and automation of key processes.
  • Document and structure product information for the commercial team, maintaining consistency and clarity.
  • Analyze and qualify business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead strategies.
  • Identify decision-makers within potential client organizations and assess their needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Channel area.
  • Track marketing campaigns and lead performance within the CRM.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you'll be the first contact for our customers.
  • Comfort discussing high-tech solutions, especially mobile geolocation systems for rescuing missing persons.
  • Willingness to develop a career in sales, enhancing negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, organized team players.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or bilingual, as it is the daily language for engaging international customers.
