The HR Leader, Iberia will be instrumental in shaping and delivering on the growth and transformation agenda of Equifax Iberia through support of the General Manager, Iberia, and his leadership team. This critical role will actively participate in the Iberia Leadership team while working closely with the Europe HR and Global HR teams. EFX is seeking a proactive, influential people leader with strong business acumen who is able to deliver on strategic plans and drive a performance-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will be a progressive HR leader with strong communication, collaboration and partnership capabilities that are essential to driving results in a dynamic, competitive global matrix environment. This role is located in Madrid, Spain.
Key priorities include:
Serve as a trusted coach, change agent and strategic business partner to General Manager, Iberia and Iberia Leadership Team members
Quickly gain an understanding and appreciation of the challenges and opportunities with Iberia business
Provide visible and inspiring leadership for the HR team in Iberia, operating as both a strategic and hands-on leader, developing the Iberia HR team to enable and deliver on Iberia people priorities
Develop talent and workforce planning, capability strategies and drive a talent, culture and engagement agenda in support of the business objectives; identify appropriate KPIs measuring progression of talent strategies against business and financial objectives
Collaborate with functional leadership, Global Human Resources Leadership and Centers of Excellence to devise and implement Iberia talent and people strategies, policies, and programs in order to deliver on business commitments while continuing to enhance organizational processes, systems, and capability for the ongoing growth and transformation of the company
Define and execute on organizational design and development, retention, performance criteria, succession planning, leadership development, inclusion and diversity
Demonstrate strong execution skills and confidence within a range of HR disciplines, including but not limited to: courageous conversations, inclusion and diversity, attraction and retention of superior talent, talent development and succession, workforce planning and offshoring, org development and culture, total rewards, M&A and employee relations
Requirements:
Demonstrated success influencing and driving a transformational talent agenda in a complex global matrix through: human capital planning, talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Experience advising, counseling, coaching and influencing executive leadership
Experience in defining strategic workforce plans and translating them into action through change management excellence
High degree of knowledge and application of best practices in: Spain labor law, compensation - rewards, recognition and market-based pay; employee relations - performance management, investigations; coaching/counseling; and talent acquisition and development
Exudes a high degree of business acumen and leadership skills
Experience working internationally or supported international organizations preferred
