Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a Group Digital Delivery Analyst to champion best-practice digital delivery frameworks, providing strategic guidance and oversight across all digital initiatives. In this role, you will be the central point of coordination, offering business leaders a clear, consolidated view of the digital delivery portfolio. This includes tracking the current digital pipeline, monitoring overall delivery health, and assessing the anticipated benefits of our digital investments.

This role focuses on portfolio-level coordination and oversight rather than the day-to-day management of individual digital projects. The hands-on management of each initiative will remain the responsibility of the respective Product Owners or Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Delivery Coordination
  • Conduct discovery to identify ongoing digital initiatives and develop a consolidated portfolio overview.
  • Maintain a hierarchical view of initiatives, ensuring traceability from sub-projects to broader business goals.
  • Develop and manage a data dictionary to clearly define and communicate digital delivery objectives.
  • Ensure the digital portfolio is accessible, user-friendly, and effectively supports decision-making.

  • Develop frameworks to assess initiative health and quantify benefits, promoting their adoption across teams.

About You

  • Degree (or equivalent) in STEM or related field, with a passion for database design and analytics.
