We’re looking for a Recruiter specialized in Pharma profiles to join our team!

We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven professional to lead recruitment processes for pharmaceutical engineering and other pharma sector profiles within our group companies. This role is key to ensuring that the talent we bring in aligns with our organization’s values.

Your responsibilities

• Identify and attract pharmaceutical engineering professionals and other pharma-related profiles for the group’s companies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their staffing needs and define appropriate candidate profiles.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in person and online.
• Support new hires during their onboarding process and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and results.

Knowledge & experience

• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
