Responsibilities:

• Identify optimal technical solutions for business needs, collaborating with business architects through discovery, build, and delivery phases to ensure supportability, scalability, and commercial value.
• Partner with the wider Keyloop team (Brand Directors, Business Architects, Programme Management) as a technical solutions expert.
• Engage directly with OEM customers’ Business Units, IT departments, and third-party partners during discovery, specification, development, and handover processes, advocating for Keyloop solutions and building trust.
• Recognize recurring requirements and patterns for platform service development.
• Create clear architectural documentation for multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to refine requirements and develop accurate plans and estimates.
• Support the product lifecycle by assisting engineering teams, reviewing code, and conducting stakeholder presentations.
• Continuously seek improvements in practices and technology usage.
• Promote Keyloop’s capabilities to a broad range of OEM contacts beyond current projects.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Automotive IT landscape, including OEM systems and Keyloop’s product offerings.
• Work with Functional Management to align strategy and operations.
• Explore Keyloop’s DMS capabilities and understand how solutions interact with ERP systems.
• Stay informed about marketplace solutions and their value propositions.
• Maintain knowledge of OEM landscapes, applications, and functionalities surrounding Keyloop.
