JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

You will oversee an autonomous business unit, taking overall responsibility for operations, including team management, daily activities, and resource allocation, to meet financial and operational targets. Your leadership will focus on building a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community for residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Act as a role model by demonstrating core values at all times.
  • Lead the team to create positive, memorable experiences that exceed resident expectations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop local marketing and leasing strategies based on market data to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Implement marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities effectively.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and regular communication of performance data.
  • Engage with residents proactively to improve service delivery and enhance community events.
  • Achieve revenue targets by making rate recommendations based on market data and monitoring payments.
  • Prepare and forecast annual budgets by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
  • Manage financial performance through regular P&L reviews with stakeholders.
  • Ensure investor satisfaction through timely variance reporting and ongoing communication regarding property performance.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to questions, requests, and complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Identify training needs for team members and ensure understanding of systems and policies.
  • Develop team capabilities to meet performance goals and future succession planning.
  • Handle purchase orders and invoices, coordinating with finance and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee tenancy management, including inspections, evictions, and fee collection, within legal and contractual frameworks.
  • Work with Health & Safety to foster a safety culture, managing compliance and incident reporting.
  • Ensure community operations comply with company policies, regulations, and laws.
  • Manage maintenance and refurbishment projects, coordinating with relevant teams for timely and quality completion within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and property standards.

ROLE SCOPE :

  • Manage a Be Case building in Madrid with over 800 units.

ABOUT YOU

Knowledge & Qualifications :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with property management software (training provided).
  • Knowledge of Spanish Health and Safety policies, preferably with recognized training.

Experience & Skills :

  • Successful experience in leasing performance and operations management in property or similar sectors.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and be a strong team player.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and numerical skills.
  • Leadership skills to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Culturally aware with adaptable relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
