We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager specialized in advertising in Spain (remote-based) to expand our presence in Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia.

Mission : The main revenue source is our ecommerce platform; your focus will primarily be on this. As the market expands, you will also oversee hiring, team development, and B2B growth.

Your primary responsibilities include: overseeing content creation (organic + ads), managing the ecommerce platform (creating landing pages, running A/B tests), optimizing email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo, handling customer retention and post-purchase experience, and working with Google and TikTok Ads.

Requirements : experience with Shopify and Klaviyo, content management skills, native Czech/Slovakian/Hungarian speaker, fluent in English, good Spanish skills.

Nice-to-haves : experience with Google, Facebook, and TikTok Ads, entrepreneurial mindset.
