Job Description: Senior Electrical Engineer

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a key client, a global leader in materials technology, to support the construction of a megaproject in Northern Spain. The role requires full on-site presence once the construction phase begins, expected towards the end of this year or early next year.

This position initially offers an independent consultancy (autónomo) arrangement through CMC, with the potential for permanent employment based on successful collaboration within or after a 2-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement tailored electrical systems to meet operational requirements.
2. Manage EPCs through all project phases, providing necessary support and reporting progress to the project manager.
3. Oversee electrical design approval and RFMA for subcontractors, participate in vendor evaluations, and handle technical communications.
4. Address electrical issues during construction, oversee subcontractors during startup and commissioning.
5. Collaborate with the Maintenance department to introduce process improvements.
6. Maintain and update relevant drawings for seamless project handover.
7. Support equipment upgrade projects and propose improvements.
