Spanish Business Consultant Athens, Greece - ONSITE with Relocation Package

Conditions and Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish & English (B1 / B2)
• Writing speed: 25 words per minute
• Starting date: June & July
• Salary: 1045.72 euros (x14) + monthly performance bonus
• Additional bonuses:
• 300 euros upon completion of 3 months
• 300 euros upon completion of 6 months
• Travel expenses: Paid by our client
• Accommodation: First 14 days in a hotel provided by the company; assistance in finding accommodation thereafter
• Initial contract: 6 to 12 months (renewable)
• Health insurance: Coverage by Greek Social Security Foundation (IKA) plus private healthcare

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and record consumer inquiries/questions via free phone lines
• Maintain accurate data input on customer service database
• Handle and log client complaints according to escalation policies
• Answer support calls and emails within SLAs and log interactions
• Use open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot
• Provide recommendations for common problems or FAQs

Relocation Package:

• Booking and paying for travel tickets and airport transfer
• Up to two weeks hotel accommodation provided by the company
• Assistance in finding an apartment, either alone or shared
• Greek language lessons, free real estate agency services, and other benefits
