Role - Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Location - Remote, Spain (Occasional Travel to Barcelona)
Type - B2B / Freelance Contract

Regulatory Intelligence Support: Advise on and support the implementation of Regulatory intelligence tools, including scope definition, requirements mapping, and approach development.
Framework Development: Define and document the Enterprise Data and AI Regulatory Intelligence Framework, covering:

Operational Model for Regulatory Intelligence capabilities and consumer groups
Clear roles & responsibilities
Regulatory change impact risk scoring matrix
Alignment of regulatory change impact templates and mapping of requirements to a unified enterprise impact assessment template

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish regular feedback mechanisms from stakeholders to the Regulatory Intelligence team.

Process Review & Recommendations: Review horizon scanning processes and recommend centralization improvements.

Regulatory Guidance: Provide interpretation and guidance on mandatory regulatory requirements.

Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure adherence to compliance monitoring and enforcement related to regulatory change processes.

Knowledge Requirements: Possess knowledge of AI and Privacy regulations.
