At Hogarth Worldwide, a WPP advertising production company, we are seeking an Operations Specialist to support our production teams in Barcelona, ensuring smooth daily operations, driving business growth, and enhancing processes and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Operations: Provide strategic input on overall operations, identify opportunities for improvement, optimize and automate workflows, maintain internal documentation, support daily operations, coordinate office activities in Bolivia, oversee agency functions, and act as the local liaison for logistical and operational matters.
  • Finance: Monitor and analyze client profitability, develop pricing models and fee structures.
  • New Business: Develop proposals for partners and clients, analyze client needs, and assist in creating presentation decks.
  • Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with agencies and partners.
  • Team and Office Management: Liaise with HR and IT, ensure facilities and technical resources are optimal, coordinate workspace maintenance, and train teams on new processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience managing teams and leading new business proposals in an advertising agency.
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level; native or bilingual.
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, process automation (Power Automate), and SharePoint.
