• Recruitment : Manage the entire hiring process, ensuring smooth execution.
• Candidate assessment : Evaluate qualifications and experience to identify the best fit.
• Interviewing : Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' strengths and suitability.
• Pipeline management : Build and maintain a network of potential future candidates.
• Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and business teams.
• Market trends : Keep updated on recruitment trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Employer branding : Contribute to building a strong employer brand on social media.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing skills, including expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English; business proficiency in German.
