Recruitment Consultant

At AMPLOY PERSONELL, we connect our clients across Norway to skilled candidates from the EU and further. We’re looking for a passionate and people-driven Recruiter to join our international team in the Stavanger Area.

What you'll do :

Source and engage candidates in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets

Build and manage relationships with candidates and partners

Support the full recruitment process from A to Z

Collaborate closely with HR and management

Be the human face of Amploy Personell for future employees

What you bring :

Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese & English

Experience in recruitment or similar people-focused role

Bachelor’s degree is a plus (but not required with experience)

Recruitment sales experience is a big plus, but not essential

Strong networking and communication skills

A proactive, adaptable mindset in an international environment
